I heat (do not boil) at medium to medium-low for 2 1/2 hours. Remove and place on grill with the concave side facing heat. Brush meat with Jack Daniels No.7 sauce, rotate and brush, repeat 2 more times. Total time on grill about 15 minutes. Just enough time for sauce to heat and coat meat without burning sugars from the sauce. Meat will fall off the bone.
One hour before grilling, coat 20oz. glasses with water, shake off excess and place in freezer. After ribs are on the table, get glasses out and fill with Labbatt's Blue.
Just wait till your little one can eat ribs, kids and bbq sauce can be very entertaining.
