Unfortunately, this thread has yet to mention past reliability issues and Saab's reluctance to right those wrongs !! I have 3 of these beasts ans often feel I need that many to ensure one is alive and well. The multiple design problems (DIC, belts and pulleys, sludge etc etc) have been widely chronicled on this site as have the struggles owners have in getting them fixed - even under warranty. Personally, I've owned my last Saab. It would seem to me that Jay should keep the existing customer base happy - they're already sold!! It appears these gremlins have often been the product of GM cost-cutting measures and they need to right those wrongs or be prepared to lose market share to the rice-burners of the world which are just as fuel efficient and far more reliable IMO. Comeon Jay - time to step up to the plate and swallow hard.
