You look at the difference over 10,0000 miles of driving at 28mpg at $2 vs. $3.25 a gallon and you have to wonder a little about the fuss. It isn't really that much more and compared to a lot of other things not that impacting from a direct out of pocket for gas perspective (when you consider impact on ecomony and prices of goods then it might be worth getting concerned about; this is what has the potential to really hurt us and which we should worry). Heck people pay more for their cable TV than the difference between $2 and $3.25 a gallon makes in this case.
