I've also read about the mercury in flu shots--see link below.

However, about the link, I must say--the guy's site is a bit over-the-top for me. Very anti-pharmaceuticals, very anti-big business, and very anti-non-natural remedies. I must also say that most of his information is backed up by a little web research, although I think he draws connections to things that aren't always there.

But his recommendations about how to stop heartburn sure did work for me (been about a week since I started, and it hasn't come back yet).

But no flu shot here--had one in college, and got sick. I'm sure I had it as a kid, since my mom is a nurse. 31 now, and was sick last week--my 10 month old gave me her cold.
