vocabulary/speech enhancement

Hey gang,
I'm looking for a way to improve my vocabulary and knwoeldge of the english language (i.e. phrases, sayings). I arrived in the states 15 years ago at a very young age and have no discernable accent. I can write very well but I do not posses the same capability when speaking "on the fly" especially with matching up words and/or linking/structuring thoughts.
I have been working in a boutique entertainment accounting for a while now and will begin to expand beyond "the desk" namely forge relationships in the music industry. I have already done so but the "clout-meter" of the people I encounter will only go up from here.
I have been reading recording agreements and am included in discussions with lawyers on daily basis, I did pick up a lot this way but there is only so far one can go via that route. My boss is a Harvard alumnus, born and raised in the states with roots in New England, his English is in a whole different class.
I dont think this type of prose/diction/verse/vocab can be learned in college.
I am looking for a workbook/book/DVD/a/v program which takes over at a fairly advanced level and helps with speaking/writing. (expressions, pphrases, sentence structure, etc)
I need to be able to command the conversation like the layers on the other end of the line damnit!
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Tom
