Anyone been bared from a dealer?

I went to my dealer to have my rear suspension replaced. The dealer put in the wrong shock part numbers (for a 4 door non-Aero instead of my 03 9-5 5 door Aero). I had verified everything with the parts people ahead of time and even told the service writer which parts to use. [There is also an issue with the spring. One is such a new part number that the EPC doesn’t give any info about what it fits 12755245.] This dealership had previously ordered the wrong parts. I called out the dealer service manager on this and he said don’t come back. Apparently calling him and asking for his help working with SaabUSA to fix my problem was too much to expect.
I will add that this is the second time this dealer put in parts other than the part speced in the EPC. The last time it was an alternate brake pad. Sure it fit, but it wasn’t the right one. They waived the labor so I let them go and swapped to EBCs.
Bottom line is the rear camber is still a degree out of spec unloaded with brand new suspension components. No accidents, no damage, just a messed up rear end. IRIS has the option of 1 shim. I know someone used 3, but IRIS says one maximum. I don’t think a 3mm shim will correct for 1 degree.
What is the good of a CPO car without any reasonably close dealer to go to? It doesn’t help that the car likes to visit the car doctor. This may be the last straw. I have a new contact at SaabUSA so I will run this past her. Otherwise, I think I will get something 100% made in Japan.
