The first mistake you made was walking out of the dealer after your altercation with the service manager. Note the issues you have...document the conversation and take the problem to his boss. Explain your love of the car and you want it just right. Any Saab dealer knows that there is a high percentage of anal owners that they have to deal with. It comes with the territory. My dealer will order or install any part I want. If I bring in parts that I purchase...they will put those in as well.
The service manager that you are dealing with is probably embarrased that you know more about the car than he does...this happens all the time.
