On the 9-5 rear alignment camber spec's change with ride height. There is a procedure to measure the ride heigth and a camber spec for that ride height. Ride heights very from car to car by a small amount but those small amounts change the camber. The 9-5 has a very large camber loss in bump travel.
As for the probelm you are trying to solve. It is more than likely not out of spec. However it can be modified to make it more to your liking but that is not a warranty issue.
