I am not sure when the ride height changed. It may have been gradual or sudden, I just don’t know. I am concerned about both because they are interrelated. I have terrible handling and am eating tires. The noise and vibration from cupped tires is very unpleasant. It has been about 12K since I had a blowout and the problem is not really anywhere close to being solved. If I load the car for a trip the alignment gets even worse. I haven’t put my winter tires on so that they don’t get destroyed. Having a tire blowout when the edge of the tire was ground off in the middle of nowhere at night was not a fun experience. The car was loaded when I had the blowout. I personally feel that the 9-5 suspension is under-designed and cannot handle the stated GVWR for any amount of time. Hence the way off alignment specs during loading and the demolition of two tires. I thought the problem was only in the rear until I looked at the ride height and noticed that both the front and rear were low. Now I am not sure what to think. My trunk is usually empty except for travel, shopping, etc.
