If your normally drive with certain weight in the car, it's a good idea to have that weight in the car when you have the alignment done. Thinking back to when I thought I could autocross, I sneak a couple of weights under the driver's seat of my car when I have an alignment done just so it is aligned more closely to when I am in it alone. I can't get much weight there but I do not weight all that much either.
That being said, I just changed my aftermarket springs out for stock. The aftermarket springs sagged after 80K miles. I definitely need an alignment now before I screw up my nice Nokian snow tires.
