I'm so happy I had the CPO on my 00 9-3 when I bought it with 23k miles. It has saved me thousands and thousands of dollars. I would never buy a Saab again unless it was under warranty or new and under warranty. I had the pillar tape replaced, the turbo, the entire ac system, the right wheel bearing, the hood badge, all of the pcv updates, and everytime I bring the car in because of the CPO, I get a loaner/rental car which is awesome. So I would get it in a second. Saab dealers don't give you a hard time at all, and just do all the repairs with no questions/hassles. Now, when I bought my car, 2.5 years ago, the dealer presented me a price, I said I would do that price if he did the CPO for free, and he did. the total price was 15895, then they gave me 2250 for my tradein. Also, when they did the CPO certification, they replaced all 4 tires right there, very nice.
