Thanks Ari. It's a very good point to gauge the dealer on how careful they are. I think my local store is about as careful as I would be. He's about 12 miles away. Next two are about 30 to 40 miles, Both supposedly good shops, but I haven't been to them in a while. But like you point out, I can use the CPO at the local guy.
The other dealers, down in MA are less good, looking for fast bucks.
We'll be keeping the wagon for a long while, so we'll definitely shop carefully. There are enough cars out there (2002-03) to pick from and I've pretty much decided the CPO route is best. My wife wants the wagon but is happy to wait for a good one.
