Alot of the reason SAAB get such a bad rap in these is what is called customer preceived problems. Too many new to SAAB owners may call having a flat tire a problem with the car same as running out of gas and leaving the lights in the park light position and running the battery down. These are things that really are not car quality problems, but owner induced. Buy a Aisan car and you bought the best quality car on the market(supposedly). Any problems they have are not really a problem because the took the car in and it was fixed. and they have the beast quality car you can get. Alot of the cars that are getting survays now are also being bought used from used car lots. The used car lot tells the customer just take it too a dealer and they will fix everything. When the car arrives only part of the stuff is under warranty, and then the customer is upset with the dealer, not the used car lot. Just my rant about this. My feeling is that the current product line we have is the best we have ever had.
