Yes, buy a cheap Roper model. They are made by Whirlpool and are great machines. I have had a set for 10 years now and had to replace a motor coupling on the washer and a heating element on the dryer in all these years.
It isn't a front loader, though, but does a great job and are made with a repairman in mind. They are also very inexpensive and are a real value for the money. Even the repairman I called in about the washer said it is the only brand he would buy. Check them out!
