No, it's not necessary. I suspect they wouldn't take it if you did. I used to work there and as I recall they told us not to take tips. I think the only time I would is if the person driving you was in a courtesy shuttle van (not an airport shuttle) and loaded luggage and got your door for you. If it is the rep that takes you in and finished the paperwork then definitely not. If it's the airport shuttle van driver, again, no.
I think the only other time I would attempt to tip the rep would be if they really took care of you such as giving you a serious upgrade (2 grades or more) w/out really needing to or going out of their way to really assist you. Again, I doubt they would take it though but if you feel the service went above and beyond your expectations and deserves a 'thank you' it's worth offering.
