Hey guys,
I'm hoping for some interior decorator types in here hehe.
I just repainted my bedroom. I was going for a more "risky" color and went with Benjamin Moore 'Garden Cucumber'. (Dark green, like the color of a cucumber skin) Ceiling is white. I guess I didn't realize how dark it would make the room. In the daytime I guess it's decent, but at night ot feels so dark even with the lights on. It borders on depressing. Am I just suffering from typical painter's remorse? hehe Any tips to brighten things up a bit? I still don't have my stuff on my walls. Also, how do people like the idea of painting one wall a different color? Any ideas on colors that would go with my green and the white ceiling? (Garden Cucumber is under "classic colors" on Benjamin Moore's site.
thanks for any tips!
Alex
