...I guess these are meant to replicate the xenon headlights in new high-end cars. But they are just halogens with a blue tint. very popular in urban locales. I find them terribly distracting and I cant see how blue tinted light is any better for seeing with. I understand that xenon lights are actually producing a much whiter light, as opposed to the yellowish tint of halogens, which makes them appear blueish. I find these distracting also, but not so bad as blue tints.
