No offense, but you don't know what you're talking about. This whole "it's the amps, not the volts" argument is the product of incomplete knowledge. Ohm's law states that the amount of current that passes through a conductor (in this case you) is proportional to the voltage divided by the resistance. It doesn't matter if the 110V or 220V is rated to supply 15A, 1A, or 1000000A. The human body will provide a load on the order of hundreds of thousands to tens of millions of ohms (less when wet). For the sake of simplicity, let's say you are 100k ohms. The current that will pass through you will be 110/100k = 0.0011A with 110V, and 220/100k = 0.0022A with 220V. 220V is more dangerous, period.
Technically speaking, the current is what will kill you, but when it comes to electrocution, it's the voltage that determines what that current will be.
