Wedding Ring goes high tech -- Tungsten Carbide

My wonderful partner/wife of 27 years suprised me with a high tech replacement for me well worn wedding band. It's made of Tungsten Carbide!
I'm familiar with the material from machine parts I've dealt with on the job... the stuff is nearly indestructible. The great benefit is the ring will look new years from now. It's got a gorgeous matte finish (like bead blasted) with highly polished chamfered edges. Supposedly the matte will not wear smooth and the only thing that could scratch the polished surfaces with be a diamond.
So... if you're looking, and you like high tech materials, check them out!
