This is an offer from GM and Saab and it stinks. It is not from a dealer. I assume I could fine tune an offer with a dealer but I will have to pay my way out of my lease to the tune of about 2000. No dealer can mske the 2000 go away. THey can tell you they are but in reality you are paying off the lease with a high payment on the new car. What shocks me is that they offer to forgive 2 months when you have 7-8 to go and the offer goes away before you get to two months left on your lease. It is not an offer to help me. It is an offer to help GM. The reason I posted is so that others who got this offer (it is a mass mailing) will do some math before they go in and throw away a lot of money. I have been buying new cars for close to forty years and I always reserch costs before buying or leasing. NOt everyone does that an they end up on the short end of the deal.
