650 CDs took me a couple weeks, doing an hour or two a night.
i did it while i was at the comp anyway, disc would eject when done. depends on the speed of your optical drive more than anything else assuming a fairly modern computer.
10 minutes is a good average, with case fumbling time included.
if i didn't feel like doing it that night i didn't. fairly low priority, still got done reasonably quickly.
they make USB turntables, too. they go in in realtime. i am hesitant to even think about that task. (700+ LPs)
