As the others have pointed out, an inverter isn't the right item.
Here is a question - what parts of the car do you want powered? I assume you don't need the fuel injection, engine computer, fuel pump, or cooling fans running. Headlights? Interior lights? Dash lights? Radio? Move the seats?
In the best case, you could put a charger on the battery to keep it charged up. This wouldn't be a trickle charger, but a starter-charger. Those can provide more current, so essentially the charger would be powering the car electrics. Up to a point. If you just want the stuff that is powered when the key is in Accessory - radio, interior lights, etc - that's not much current, so it shouldn't be a problem. Moving seats uses a lot of power - as long as they don't get moved all the time, the charger should be able to keep the battery happy. You don't want the car in the Run position, because you'll be supplying current to a lot of things that don't need power, like the engine control computer, fans, AC, etc. They won't be damaged (like in older cars), but they'll pull a heck of a lot of power unnecessarily.
So - what do you want to be active?
