To blame bean counters does not add-up!
Bean counters do NOT design cars, build cars or market cars.
There is nothing that bean counters would love more than quick efficient design process, efficient and effective manufacture and timely marketing that reflects the real needs of car buyers (rather than following trends), but bean counters do not have control over these areas.
The state of the North American car industry was NOT caused by bean counters.
