How long do you plan on storing the car?
Rust on the cylinders really isn't a big problem - they don't use that kind of metal any more. However, if you really want to do it, I would:
Let the car cool off. No use losing skin over this.
Vacuum out the area around the spark plugs.
Pull the spark plugs. Squirt in a teaspoon of oil into each cylinder AT MOST. It'll run to the rings.
With the plugs out, turn the engine over by hand. You can stick a wrench on something with a drive belt - alternator, main pulley, whatever. Turn the engine over one or two times. All you're looking to do is smear the oil on the cylinder walls. You don't need or want to do this 57 times. With the plugs out, it'll be easy to turn over.
Re-insert the plugs. Why vacuum first? So dust and dirt don't fall into the cylinders with the plugs out.
Expect a lot of smoke on startup. May even trigger a CEL.
You didn't mention the fuel. If you don't use a fuel stabilizer, you'll have preserved the cylinders and will kill the rest of the engine.
Leaving a car for 2 months - do nothing. Maybe disconnect the battery, but it's going to go flat anyway.
If I were leaving a car sit for up to three months:
Oil change
Fuel stabilizer in gas
Disconnect battery
More than 3 months
Oil Change
Flush cooling system.
Fuel stabilizer in gas
Disconnect battery
Flush brakes after you start using it again.
More than 6 months-
Oil in cylinder
Drain cooling system
Drain tank
Disconnect battery
This doesn't address tires. Always have good pressure. For 6 months or so, think about support to take weight off the tires.
How long will it be preserved? Where (inside, outside, covered, near salt water, etc.)?
