...phone my wife and I ever had. So bad in fact, after ~6 months, I went out and got another phone (I was about to buy a replacement at full price but had a family member give me a nearly new LG phone instead - the point being that I was willing to pay full retail for another phone). The CrapBerry is high on my list of one of the worst products I've ever bought.
Keep in mind that my philosophy on cell phones is that it should first and foremost be a functioning, reliable phone. The CrapBerry was not. The data side of the phone is absolutely brilliant but the phone side appeared to be an afterthought. Constant missed calls, and lousy voice quality (I could hear more of the background instead of my wife talking) are my two major complaints. Again, to me a cell phone is useless if you don't have a functioning phone. It currently resides in a drawer at home, hopefully never to see the light again. This was on Verizon wireless.
That said, you do get used to the Pearl's keypad but a full keyboard is easier to use - if you text/email a lot, I would suggest getting a full keyboard.
