And they won't do anything for you? I've got a B40 at school and convinced the office to get a B60 and they haven't given me/us any problems. We love these things. Did you tell them the machine was left on its side? Even then it should not be a problem. I don't recall any big warning stickers or words of caution in the owners manual or anything about keeping it upright. The water reservoir inside is supposed to be sealed off. Let me see if I can find the box our B60 came in and see what sort of a warranty they give. I would work a little harder to get a new one from Keurig. Where did they buy it originally?
