look no further, DougM is the best out there, any questions you have, now is the time to ask.
Doug's work is top notch 100%

(just a note: im not trying to glorify Dougs work, or say Dougs the man because im sure there are more welders out there, but Dougs welding speaks for it-self, your not going to find anyone thats more of a professional welder then this guy)

im sure what he can tell you in a few sentences would take a weeks worth of schooling. personally i don't know why anyone would want to weld, (high voltage and all, flames... have fun.
