Check the 9-3 board, but, that aside, many of your problems are mostly pretty general stuff. When you buy a used car, you expect to immediately do all the fluids etc. How long have you had it (ie how long since the prepurchase inspection)? If the inspection was done by a non-Saab mechanic, they might not recognize things like the plugs (used by Trionic), know to check for sludge, etc. But, they should have seen the exhaust, noticed the rough shifting, and other general issues. If the inspection was very recent and any good, the exhaust may be ok for now but due to repair when you get back. In the worst case, you can fix a muffler on the road...
My advice, definitely get an oil + filter change before you go + put in the right plugs (cheap + easy)! Make sure there's no bad joints in the exhaust that might fall apart on the road - that's a real pita. If the DI is questionable (ie if that's the root cause of your no-start), I'd at least get a spare one to take with you - it can leave you stranded!
re idler pulley + shifting... depends on how bad, whether you might get away with a long drive or not. Same really for the other issues, but some things like PCV update (fairly cheap btw) are going to affect longevity, not likely to cause an immediate failure.
