until you get more than your oil cooling system can dissipate.
I don't advise drag racing with the temps low, but normal driving isn't a problem, and using the motor helps everything heat up a lot faster, anyway!
I'm trying to recall, but I don't think that the typical oil temp gauge starts until 100 degrees F or so, anyway...
