Using cell phone while driving should be up to the driver's discretion. Making a law to prevent that and enforcing it simply is waste of tax dollars. You can't be keep on making laws. It's just common sense it's safer not to talk on the phone and drive at the same time and gov should find better things to do with the money that cost to enforce this law. People do all sorts of things while driving and all those cannot be prohibited by law. There's gotta be a better way to deal with the problem. Now people text while driving, and I have done it as well, it's way worse than talking on a handheld phone. And i heard they're considering banning texting. What's next? Keep on banning? It's just stupid.
