I believe the limit is 50 mph (might be 55). 60 is too fast on those skinny things, especially when the other three corners have at least twice the adhesion and can push the little one hard.
That said, 60 is probably within a reasonable margin of error for a fresh tire. For a 20 year old tire... the limit is way down.
