Yes... and that would be demonstrating why all those dips shouldn't be in the breakdown lane.
Still, it doesn't add up. The woman with the crutch could simply have gone up and said "please move out of the way, we have an emergency". She also would probably have asked everyone ahead of her to move. The attacked driver likely would have responded very differently if she had said she had an emergency... and not by grabbing the crutch to stop the attack and then driving away with it in victory.
I'd be much more likely to believe it's a case of road rage by an out of control piece of white trash.
