So I'm wondering if anybody has any sage advise for leaving a toxic work environment? I have worked at the same place for two years, and have really enjoyed it, but we merged with a new company, and since the changes, things have become very toxic in the last 5 months. 3/4ths of the senior techs are leaving and several of the old managers are leaving. They've decided it was more cost effective to micromanage us from another state...

Anyways, I have a new job lined up, and just going through the paperwork before it becomes official. I don't want to leave in a huff, and leave a bad taste in people's mouths. I wanna leave well, if that makes sense.
