I'll be honest. even when I have a job I don't want to leave, I make a habit of trying to get in 1 interview a quarter-6 months. Its a skill that has to be kept up. Plus it helps you keep abreast of what is out there, as far as jobs, AND it can be a huge moral booster. I can't tell you how good it feels to be wanted and courted by another company. That's how I got the job I got now, was I was just doing one of my interviews for a job I applied for on CL. I had a job I was satisfied with, kinda, but when I interviewed here, the first 20 minutes of the interview was them actually interviewing me. the next 30 was them telling me how awesome I am, and how much they need to work for them, and how great it would be fore me to do so. It was a big enough of an ego booster that I took them up on it. (plus for the most part they were very right until the last 4-5 months) So I would say start, get some practice in. so you feel comfortable in the interview.
