I think certainly a lot depends on personal preference and your situation.
Power seats IMHO their utility depends on how many people drive the car. I'm not even sure the seat adjusters on my Audi work... I'm the only one that drives the car, I set them once, and that's that. If I had to share the car, I'd welcome power-adjustable seats with memory.
Rain-sensing wipers? At least on my mother's 9-5 (the only car in the family that has them), you could train a chimpanzee to randomly change the wiper speed and you'd get the same effect. I suppose if they worked at all they might be nice.
Backup cameras I think are a byproduct of the design of newer cars that features lousy visibility to the rear. With my '86 9000, I actually became good at parallel-parking the car with a trailer attached! Probably did it 20-30 times when I used to windsurf at a place with only on-street parking. With my '97, it's more difficult to just park the car, because the visibility to the rear is so much worse. Instead of installing a camera as a band-aid, why not fix the root problem? Of course that depends on the vehicle... on some types a camera is the only way to get a good view to the rear.
Just keep in mind, all that stuff you not only pay for when you buy the car, you pay again every time you stop at the gas station!
