Look for videos on youtube of people locking out automatic doors on retail stores when a cop is sitting next to them with his radar on. Good way to get a ticket if you are not aware.
The newer units allow you to segment radar bands locking out known false radar sources allow the unit to sweep faster, making for super fast detection to know police radar frequecies. But as we seen in some videos police radar drifts and can go over to locked out frequecies, allow you to be picked up on radar without your detector going off. This common with the Belscorts.
