The only thing that is important is how they service your vehicle. The rest really shouldn't matter. I have used the same Indy for going on 25 years.
They are one of the primary reasons I continue to drive a Saab. I live almost within walking distance of a highly recognized Saab dealer and still drive 30 miles one way to my Indy for anything more than an oil change. I like the idea that the same guys are there day in and day out and for that matter the same guy has worked on my vehicles over the years. They are a Saab specific shop and have become the most trusted service folks of any kind that I use.
