How to get my money back from a company that sucks Posted by ZAAB [Email] (#685) [Profile/Gallery] (more from ZAAB) on Mon, 24 Feb 2014 09:51:46 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
MJM Autohaus of San Antonio TX has been, at best, dragging their feet to return 450 bucks to me, all resulting from a Bilstein Shock warranty that they handled (because I bought these shocks through them years ago)…The shocks were dead, and Bilstein refunded MJM.
this is for my beloved 99 VW passat wagon.
Instead of cash or check, which they delayed for months, I then attempted to obtain merchandise instead of cash because I figured theta it'd be easier to persuade them to give me parts they had on the shelf.
This felt like it was working, and then months have passed, and these jerks now don't answer their phone, emails, and at last communication, were BS-ing me regarding tracking info, shipping to wrong locations, shipping department wasn't answering their phone, etc…BS mountain.
I've filed, among 72 other complaints, with The BBB. I've reported it to the San Antonio Police, but they just laughed at me (its a civil affair, not criminal, to keep people's money).
What torturous methods do people use to obtain what's theirs?
Fun ideas?
