Yup, TKC is right, no need to head to that pesky shopping mall, they'll come to you and leave you a loaner car if they need to bring yours in. I believe that includes the annual service too. Should have talked to the guys in the sports coats :) They do also have service locations if you prefer.

By the way, you couldn't have bought a Tesla at that mall either. The fine government of Virginia (along with a lot of other states in fairness) thinks it would just be too darn hard for car dealers if manufacturers were allowed to sell directly to the public, so in order to protect the interests of the dealer lobbyists, er I mean 'the public,' Tesla can't seller directly to you at the mall. Not very free market of them, but the good politicians of Virginia make it pretty clear they hope you'll be distracted by 'social issues' in elections rather than actual economics.
