That's all we have. $15 for an antenna at one of those surplus places (eg Princess Auto). I did the most basic/poor/easy install ever (antenna is hanging in the basement ceiling!) and we get the normal channels. Picture quality is either really good or choppy. I plan to move it to the attic but will need an amplifier I think. Friends here get 15-20 channels roof mounted pointing in the right direction. Point at the weaker antennae (in our case towards the US) and reflections from the local towers will still deliver the local stuff. At least this is what they claim. I've been too lazy to bother - CBC/CTV/Global is enough for me (only downside is no TSN) - we hardly ever watch anyway.
