I was thinking the same. I think if the cop had mistaken a 1993 for a 1996, that would be more cause for a SAAB fanatic to be incensed... you know to not be able to see the obvious bodywork differences would be kind of insulting :-P

Up here, they still make me e-test my 1989 and 1993. If the 1989 was 1 year older it would have never needed that test, but due to the year of manufacture, it will for perpetuity. Fairly ridiculous.
