They had the best deal at the time, approx 10 years ago. No deposit required, no purchase required, and no monthly Service Fee.

I 'think' they no longer accept Michigan residents as customers, instead diverting all requests to Ohio which has a $1.50 per month fee and maybe a refundable deposit too.

Ours failed to work this weekend on a trip to/from Pittsburgh so it is time for replacement.
