Simply couldn’t find a decent used car for my son under $10K within a reasonable distance so we decided to get a car for the parents instead.

We ended up with a 2016 Volvo S60 Inscription with 50K miles from an Audi dealer. I have two other S60s and my 2016 has had a few issues so this is an exercise in faith.

My son will likely go back to college with our 2014 S60, and our 2006 9-3 SC will stay here in LA.
