The difference between old and new tires is probably not as much as having one tire 4-5 psi down on pressure. The ABS software should compensate. Heck, what about when you run the temp spare! The ABS should be able to handle this.

I would not sweat the tire size difference. I would not put old and new on the front as it will cause the differential to work more.
