Or light depending on the time of year. One of my best friends moved to Sweden about a year ago to work designing for Saab- lots of work in this area and they're labour practices are much nicer than North America- I think you get something like 5 weeks vacation to start and I don't know if you know anything about the Automotive industry (are you interested in working there) but here in North America, things seem to move at a frenzied pace, they take things a bit easier over there from what I've heard.
I don't know if I could take the long nights/days though. My friend told me he was at a bar with an outside patio at about 3AM- he went outside to bright sunlight- He was up partying and it was the middle of the night, Bright sun just didn't seem proper.
