I was passing by a dealer and stopped in to mainly feel the 02 Aero seats. I also asked what had changed on the 02 9-5 Aero to the 01 9-5 Aero. His response was............"the only difference is that they are now less expensive to get them out the door"
I then said "isn't their more HP, different auto tranny?, better seats", He said no to all and then I knew he had no clue but said they did change the tailights but thats it.

My only reason for going in there was to compare my 01 Aero seats to the new 02 Aero seats as I knew SAAB was getting back to the Aero seats from the 9000. (BTW,Still like the 9000 Aero seats better)

I was my dealer waiting for my cars new SID and overheard a salesman telling a potential customer that OnStar unlocks car doors. I asked if this was new for the 02 Model year and he looked at me puzzled. He said its on all SAABs that have Onstar. I then had a small argument with him saying this was not the case and to prove it told him to call Onstar. He still couldnt believe it and pointed to the Onstar cardboard display saying "it says it there in black and white." OnStar confirmed this and the diagnotic feature do not work with Saabs.

When buying always be more inforemd than your dealer.
