There is a word for it when a salesman tells about a feature that does not exist on the car....it mauy be a mistake, but it could be considered FRAUD. Imagine someone who actually decided to buy the SAAB over the Volvo because SAAB's onstar would open the door for them...then one week later, they lock thier keys in the car....
