keep them on their toes - that's the only way to make them better. If you can do it without being a little snot, all the better. If they are a competitive salesperson, tell them they knew the least about the car compared to the other dealerships you've visited. If they pride themselves on facts, tell them they are wrong and why without being a smartass. If they are standard testosterone cavemen, let them know they don't know their cars very well and what is cool and what is not.
