GM has unwittingly created a luxury line for Saturn!! GM is underpinning Saab and Saturn with the Opel stuff and even offering similar engines. Who wants that??? Like offering a luxury version of the Kia line.

I think Subaru is much more quirky than Saab...boxer 4 cyl engines, with permanent 4 wheel drive, overpriced and uninspired cars (WRX included, its weird looking, short hood with hood scoop and gold 18" rims...yikes). Difference being, they are privately owned (last I knew) and make their own decisions and stick to it. I would love to see Saab go privately owned, offer more HP, AWD, and some real entry level cars...if Subie can do it, so can Sabie.
