Stop it. Fotunately I can only have one car where I live/work. It's interesting, there's a completely restored '67 911 for $70K. The same money will buy you an '08 911 (or whatever they call it now) convertible with 2,000 miles--hummm. Really nice early 911's bring mid twenties, but that money will get you a pretty nice, low mileage 6-8 year old one and boy there's a ton of them for sale. By the time you get down to $10-$15K they start getting pretty dodgey, but you can get a real nice Boxster in that range. Seems like the older ones are much more prized than the newer ones. You might get this one for $5k, but by the time all is said and done you might end up with as much in it as you'd have in a late model Boxster. I'm a real sucker for project cars myself--maybe if you can do enough work on it yourself it might be a deal.
